Austin Pool Bros vs Sullivan's Pool Service
I'm Shane. I live in Barton Creek, and I run Austin Pool Bros with Logan. I wrote these pages, so they are biased. I will still tell you when I would hire the other company. The question that matters is what is inside the monthly price, and whether that truck is actually on your street every week.
Short version
- Sullivan's is the company with a public price on the West Lake Hills, Rollingwood, and Barton Creek pages: $275, $300, or $325.
- Routine chemicals are included. Filter cleaning is $150 and separate. Owner is Ryan Sullivan.
- Hire them if you want that chart. Hire Austin Pool Bros if debris, shade, and card fees should change the number, and you want it online.
- They also list Bee Cave. Their deepest pages are the west side route, not every city on the homepage.

This is the cleanest price comparison on the west side
Most companies hide the number. Sullivan's does not. That makes them the right company to put next to us in West Lake Hills, Rollingwood, and Barton Creek. If our quote cannot beat a real $300 chemicals-included rate on a simple pool, you should see that.
Size-only pricing is also how a shaded oak lot gets under-quoted. Our form asks about debris and how the floor is cleaned because those change the time on site. Use both methods. Do not assume the middle tier is your pool because it feels medium.

Switching math is the other piece they do not publish. We guarantee the lowest all-inclusive monthly rate, or we beat a comparable all-inclusive rate by 20%. Their rate is already chemicals-included, so it is a fair comparison. Add their filter cleaning if you need it this quarter, and add nothing for a card fee on our side. They leave a written note. We email a photo with the chemistry and keep the rest in the portal, and we text when we are on the way.
I do not want you hiring someone else because you think we skip the picture or the text. Here is the actual week. When Logan, or whoever is on your route, opens directions, you get a note that we are on the way. If the phone has a location, that note includes how long until we get there. You get another one when we check in at the house. When we are done, the email has a photo of the pool, the chemistry, and a note from the person who was there. The rest of the photos and short videos stay in your portal, so you or your house manager can look back later. If the house manager is the contact on the account, that email goes to them. Turn texts on in the portal if you want them on your phone. The email is already on unless you shut it off.

Who we would hire
Get both numbers. On a simple open pool, their chart may win. On a shaded or complicated one, make sure the size tier is honest before you call it cheaper.
Outside West Lake Hills, Rollingwood, and Barton Creek, do not assume the same route just because Bee Cave is on a list.
