Best pool cleaning companies in Rollingwood

I'm Shane. I live in Barton Creek, and I run Austin Pool Bros with Logan. I wrote these pages, so they are biased. I will still tell you when I would hire the other company. The question that matters is what is inside the monthly price, and whether that truck is actually on your street every week.

1. 1. Austin Pool Bros

   Best for

   You want the all-in number (chemicals, tax, and card fees) before you call, a text when we are on the way, and a photo with the chemistry after the visit.

   Price

   Online intro price from your address and pool. Chemicals, taxes, and credit card fees are included. The ongoing rate is confirmed after we see the pool.

   Where they fit

   Weekly routes in Austin, West Lake Hills, Rollingwood, Barton Creek, Spanish Oaks, Bee Cave & Lakeway. We do not list Spicewood, Steiner Ranch, River Place, Four Points, or Cedar Park as primary service areas.

   Rollingwood is one of the cities I list on purpose. Same week as everywhere else we work: chemicals, tax, and card fees in the online quote, cancel anytime, and you are not charged until after the first visit. The oaks here are the same oaks as West Lake Hills. If a quote never asks about leaves, it is for a different yard.

   I do not want you hiring someone else because you think we skip the picture or the text. Here is the actual week. When Logan, or whoever is on your route, opens directions, you get a note that we are on the way. If the phone has a location, that note includes how long until we get there. You get another one when we check in at the house. When we are done, the email has a photo of the pool, the chemistry, and a note from the person who was there. The rest of the photos and short videos stay in your portal, so you or your house manager can look back later. If the house manager is the contact on the account, that email goes to them. Turn texts on in the portal if you want them on your phone. The email is already on unless you shut it off.

2. 2. Sullivan's Pool Service

   Best for

   You want the monthly number on a website before anyone visits.

   Price

   Small $275, medium $300, large $325. Routine chemicals included. Filter cleaning $150. No fixed term. Written note after each visit.

   Where they fit

   Ryan Sullivan's company. Rollingwood is grouped with West Lake Hills, Barton Creek, and Lost Creek.

   This is the easiest Rollingwood comparison on price. Their rate is by pool size alone. Ours moves with debris and floor cleaning too. A shaded Rollingwood lot can be a 'medium' pool that still takes large-pool time. Ask both of us which bucket you are in.

3. 3. Clean Pool Squad

   Best for

   You want the same tech as their West Lake Hills route, and their 24-hour make-it-right promise.

   Price

   Flat monthly rate, quoted. Month to month. CPO. 24-hour make-it-right if the pool is not swim-ready.

   Where they fit

   They say Rollingwood runs on the West Lake Hills weekly route. Shop is in Dripping Springs.

   Hire them if the 78746 route and the make-it-right promise are the product. They send a photo. So do we. They are honest that they drive in from Dripping Springs. That is fine if the day is fixed. It is a problem if Rollingwood is the stop that slides when 290 is a mess.

4. 4. Pool Scouts of Austin

   Best for

   A written refund, from a company that published a real Rollingwood page.

   Price

   Quote, with an Austin FAQ figure of about $75 a week for most weekly plans.

   Where they fit

   They publish a Rollingwood page and list the phone 512-831-5595.

   Same product as their other west-side pages. They text on the way and they take photos. We do too. The refund is the part I do not match in their words. Get the inclusions in writing so the weekly figure is comparable to Sullivan's chemicals-included rate and to ours.
