Austin Pool Bros is a family-built pool service company in Austin and West Austin. Shane is a Barton Creek resident and co-founder; Logan is on route every week. We are not a private-equity roll-up and we are not trying to flip routes to the highest bidder.
The short version: we win neighborhoods one at a time, keep techs on tight routes, and pass the savings to you as a fair monthly, all-inclusive rate (chemicals, taxes, and credit card fees included).
Why Shane started the company
Before Austin Pool Bros, Shane was a pool customer like you in Barton Creek. Invoice after invoice showed the same pattern: chemical charges marked up far above retail, credit card processing fees passed through on top, and annual increases with little explanation.
Shane had spent his career in entrepreneurship and technology. He encouraged his nephew Logan to move from Wisconsin to Austin to learn the business hands-on and help bring Shane's vision for Austin Pool Bros to life: lean routes, fair monthly pricing, and a crew customers could actually know.
Logan trained with one of Austin's top pool companies, then co-founded Austin Pool Bros with Shane. Shane builds the systems and company; Logan runs routes as your weekly tech. Together they launched a local operator, not a rotating logo on a van owned by a fund in another state.
That is the bet behind Austin Pool Bros: empower hard-working techs (our "bros"), share profits with the crew, and use in-house tools to run routes that make sense on a map, not just on a spreadsheet at a distant headquarters.
