Best pool cleaning companies in West Lake Hills

I'm Shane. I live in Barton Creek, and I run Austin Pool Bros with Logan. I wrote these pages, so they are biased. I will still tell you when I would hire the other company. The question that matters is what is inside the monthly price, and whether that truck is actually on your street every week.

1. 1. Austin Pool Bros

   Best for

   You want the all-in number (chemicals, tax, and card fees) before you call, a text when we are on the way, and a photo with the chemistry after the visit.

   Price

   Online intro price from your address and pool. Chemicals, taxes, and credit card fees are included. The ongoing rate is confirmed after we see the pool.

   Where they fit

   Weekly routes in Austin, West Lake Hills, Rollingwood, Barton Creek, Spanish Oaks, Bee Cave & Lakeway. We do not list Spicewood, Steiner Ranch, River Place, Four Points, or Cedar Park as primary service areas.

   West Lake Hills is a primary area for us, right beside Rollingwood and Barton Creek. I drive these streets. The quote is the difference you can see before anyone visits: an intro price with chemicals, tax, and card fees, instead of a size chart or a form that says we will call you.

   Clean Pool Squad says the photo lands before they are back on Bee Caves Road. I do not promise that sentence. I do send the photo. It goes out with the chemistry and a note when the visit is finished, and the rest of the pictures stay in the portal. Pool Scouts publishes a refund if you are still unhappy after they come back. I do not publish that paragraph. If either of those exact promises is why you are switching, price them beside us. The picture and the text are not the gap.

   I do not want you hiring someone else because you think we skip the picture or the text. Here is the actual week. When Logan, or whoever is on your route, opens directions, you get a note that we are on the way. If the phone has a location, that note includes how long until we get there. You get another one when we check in at the house. When we are done, the email has a photo of the pool, the chemistry, and a note from the person who was there. The rest of the photos and short videos stay in your portal, so you or your house manager can look back later. If the house manager is the contact on the account, that email goes to them. Turn texts on in the portal if you want them on your phone. The email is already on unless you shut it off.

2. 2. Clean Pool Squad

   Best for

   You want the most detailed public description of 78746, plus their 24-hour make-it-right promise.

   Price

   One flat monthly rate. No published dollar on the West Lake Hills page. Month to month. CPO. 24-hour make-it-right guarantee.

   Where they fit

   West Lake Hills, Rollingwood, and the wider 78746 area. Based in Dripping Springs, about thirty minutes out, on their words.

   Hire them when the writing matches your lot: shade first, gate relocked, and a promise to make it right within a day. The photo is something we both send. Do not hire them only because the page is long. Confirm the weekday is fixed in summer, when the drive from Dripping Springs and a full route both get worse.

3. 3. Pool Scouts of Austin

   Best for

   A refund if you are unhappy, from a franchise with a real West Lake Hills page.

   Price

   Request a quote. Their Austin FAQ says most weekly plans are around $75 a week.

   Dedicated West Lake Hills pages. Independently owned Austin franchise. Phone 512-831-5595.

   This is the polished option in the search results. They text on the way and they photograph the pool. So do we. Chemicals are brought to the visit. Whether that is unlimited inside the weekly price is a question for the quote, not for the ad. The refund is the line I would actually read twice.

   Best for

   You want $275, $300, or $325 on a page, with chemicals included.

   Price

   Those three rates by size. Filter cleaning $150. Repairs and green recovery quoted separately. Written note. No fixed term.
