Best pool cleaning companies in Barton Creek

I'm Shane. I live in Barton Creek, and I run Austin Pool Bros with Logan. I wrote these pages, so they are biased. I will still tell you when I would hire the other company. The question that matters is what is inside the monthly price, and whether that truck is actually on your street every week.

1. 1. Austin Pool Bros

   Best for

   You want the all-in number (chemicals, tax, and card fees) before you call, a text when we are on the way, and a photo with the chemistry after the visit.

   Price

   Online intro price from your address and pool. Chemicals, taxes, and credit card fees are included. The ongoing rate is confirmed after we see the pool.

   Where they fit

   Weekly routes in Austin, West Lake Hills, Rollingwood, Barton Creek, Spanish Oaks, Bee Cave & Lakeway. We do not list Spicewood, Steiner Ranch, River Place, Four Points, or Cedar Park as primary service areas.

   I live in Barton Creek. That is why this neighborhood is on the list, not a ZIP I added so we would show up in search. The quote starts with your address, then the size, the debris, and how the floor gets cleaned. Chemicals, tax, and the card fee are in the rate. You are not going to get a surprise processing fee on the invoice.

   Sullivan's will show you $275, $300, or $325 before I will, because they publish a size chart and I quote the pool in front of me. If you are holding their $325 large-pool rate next to us, add their $150 filter cleaning when the filter is due, and do not add a card fee on our side. That is the honest month.

   I do not want you hiring someone else because you think we skip the picture or the text. Here is the actual week. When Logan, or whoever is on your route, opens directions, you get a note that we are on the way. If the phone has a location, that note includes how long until we get there. You get another one when we check in at the house. When we are done, the email has a photo of the pool, the chemistry, and a note from the person who was there. The rest of the photos and short videos stay in your portal, so you or your house manager can look back later. If the house manager is the contact on the account, that email goes to them. Turn texts on in the portal if you want them on your phone. The email is already on unless you shut it off.

2. 2. Barton Creek Neighborhood Pool Service

   Best for

   You searched the neighborhood name and want the company that used it.

   Price

   They advertise a starting monthly price, and say a spa changes it. Repair diagnosis is $149, applied to an approved repair. Get the weekly dollar from the site or a call.

   Where they fit

   The site is written only for Barton Creek. Listed phone (512) 394-8825. Listed address 2700 Barton Creek Boulevard.

   This is the result people mean by 'Barton Creek pool service.' The copy is general, so do not stop at the name. Ask who comes, which weekday, whether chemicals, tax, and card fees are inside the starting price, and whether filter cleaning is included.

   Best for

   You want their 24-hour make-it-right promise, and you are fine with a Dripping Springs company that treats 78735 as a fixed route.

   Price

   One flat monthly rate, quoted up front. No dollar on the Barton Creek page. Edge, spa, and heater are included in how they describe the rate. Month to month. 24-hour make-it-right guarantee.

   Where they fit

   Barton Creek, Lost Creek, and Seven Oaks. Shop at 10400 W Cave Loop, Dripping Springs. They say the drive is about 25 minutes.

   Their Barton Creek page is specific: gate codes, house managers, Amarra, Wimberly Lane, Lost Creek Boulevard. That is more useful than a generic Austin page. They also send a photo. So do we. The honest limit is geography. They are not based in Barton Creek. Hire them for the make-it-right promise and a day that does not slide, not because you think we skip the picture.

   Best for

   You want a written satisfaction refund from a franchise that already built a Barton Creek page.

   Price

   Their Austin FAQ says most pools cost around $75 a week on a weekly plan. Neighborhood pages still say to request a quote. Confirm chemicals, tax, and card fees.

   Where they fit

   They publish a Barton Creek cleaning page. The Austin location is independently owned. Teri Rowe is named as the owner on their Austin maintenance page.

   Pool Scouts will show up in this search because they built the page. They text when they are on the way and they take before-and-after photos. We do that too. What they publish and I do not is a refund if you are still unhappy after they come back. Hire them for that sentence, and for a real Barton Creek weekday. Get the weekly number in writing so you can put it next to ours.
