Best pool cleaning companies in Spanish Oaks

I'm Shane. I live in Barton Creek, and I run Austin Pool Bros with Logan. I wrote these pages, so they are biased. I will still tell you when I would hire the other company. The question that matters is what is inside the monthly price, and whether that truck is actually on your street every week.

Short version

  • Spanish Oaks does not have one famous pool brand. The pages that target it are Aqua Clear, YardDoc, and companies that list it inside Bee Cave.
  • These are big pools: spas, edges, and a lot of equipment. A coupon rate will not survive the first month.
  • Hire Austin Pool Bros if you want that complexity in an online quote. Spanish Oaks is one of our named areas.
  • Austin Pristine Pools lists Spanish Oaks on a long city list. A list is weaker proof than a page about the neighborhood.

Spanish Oaks is a Bee Cave address with a harder pool

If a company only says Bee Cave, ask if the route includes Spanish Oaks or stops at the Galleria. The drive, the gates, and the equipment are not the same as a smaller pool closer to 71.

Aqua Clear's Spanish Oaks page talks about filter work, automation, and repairs, and says the neighborhood is their backyard. Their Tarrytown page lists a south Austin address on I-35. Hold both facts. Local copy and a south Austin shop can both be true. Ask which tech has the gate code.

  1. 1. Austin Pool Bros

    Best for
You want the all-in number (chemicals, tax, and card fees) before you call, a text when we are on the way, and a photo with the chemistry after the visit.
    Price
Online intro price from your address and pool. Chemicals, taxes, and credit card fees are included. The ongoing rate is confirmed after we see the pool.
    Where they fit
Weekly routes in Austin, West Lake Hills, Rollingwood, Barton Creek, Spanish Oaks, Bee Cave & Lakeway. We do not list Spicewood, Steiner Ranch, River Place, Four Points, or Cedar Park as primary service areas.

Spanish Oaks is why the quote asks about size, a spa, debris, and how the floor is cleaned. A vanishing edge or a big spa should show up in the intro price, not as a surprise after month one. I would rather tell you the number is higher than pretend a coupon pool is the same job.

Chad Bull leads repairs and inspections. He has been in the trade about fifteen years, and he was my tech before he was on our team. On these pads, the weekly clean and the person who can diagnose the equipment should be part of the same conversation, even when they are not the same visit.

I do not want you hiring someone else because you think we skip the picture or the text. Here is the actual week. When Logan, or whoever is on your route, opens directions, you get a note that we are on the way. If the phone has a location, that note includes how long until we get there. You get another one when we check in at the house. When we are done, the email has a photo of the pool, the chemistry, and a note from the person who was there. The rest of the photos and short videos stay in your portal, so you or your house manager can look back later. If the house manager is the contact on the account, that email goes to them. Turn texts on in the portal if you want them on your phone. The email is already on unless you shut it off.

  2. 2. Aqua Clear Pool Care

    Best for
You want a company that built a page only for Spanish Oaks and talks about equipment, not just skimming.
    Price
Not published on the Spanish Oaks page we checked. Ask for the weekly total and whether chemicals are inside it.
    Where they fit
They also say they cover Barton Creek, Westlake Hills, and Oak Hill. The Spanish Oaks page says they have been at it since 2015.

Hire them if the repair side matters as much as the weekly clean, and their number is clear. We would still want the chemical and card-fee answer in writing. A page that feels local can still bill like a service-only company.

  3. 3. YardDoc

    Best for
You want a West Lake Hills shop that already describes custom Spanish Oaks finishes.
    Price
Not published. Email summary after each visit, on their page.
    Where they fit
Office listed at 4407 Bee Caves Road, West Lake Hills. They name Spanish Oaks, Barton Creek, Rollingwood, Tarrytown, Bee Cave, and Lakeway.

This is a reasonable second call because the shop is on Bee Caves Road, not across the city. Their page is still a template across many cities. Ask for a Spanish Oaks route day, not a promise that they 'cover Travis County.'

  4. 4. Austin Pristine Pools

    Best for
You already know them from Yelp or a neighbor, and you want a family company that bothers to name Spanish Oaks.
    Price
Free estimate. No monthly figure on the homepage.
    Where they fit
The homepage list runs from Westlake and Rollingwood through Spanish Oaks, Lakeway, and Tarrytown. They cite IPSSA and CPO certification. Phone (512) 276-2404.

A long list is how companies rank for every neighborhood at once. It can also mean they really do drive all of those streets. The only way to know is the weekday they offer you. If Spanish Oaks is 'we can get there,' keep looking.

    Pristine Pools

Our pick for Spanish Oaks

Start with our quote. Then get Aqua Clear or YardDoc to write a monthly total that includes chemicals. Hire the one that has a real day in the neighborhood. The photo and the on-the-way text are already on our side of that comparison.

Do not use a small-pool special from a company that has never named Spanish Oaks. The pool will not cooperate, and you will pay for it in month two.

What to do today

  1. 1List the spa, edge, and automation before you ask for a price.
  2. 2Get our intro price with honest size and debris answers.
  3. 3Ask Aqua Clear and YardDoc for the same format: one monthly number, chemicals in or out.
  4. 4Confirm the weekday reaches Spanish Oaks, not just Bee Cave.
