A Pool Scouts alternative in West Austin

I'm Shane. I live in Barton Creek, and I run Austin Pool Bros with Logan. I wrote these pages, so they are biased. I will still tell you when I would hire the other company. The question that matters is what is inside the monthly price, and whether that truck is actually on your street every week.

   Best for

   You want out of a franchise form and into one monthly number.

   Price

   Online intro price from your address and pool. Chemicals, taxes, and credit card fees are included. The ongoing rate is confirmed after we see the pool.

   Where they fit

   Weekly routes in Austin, West Lake Hills, Rollingwood, Barton Creek, Spanish Oaks, Bee Cave & Lakeway. We do not list Spicewood, Steiner Ranch, River Place, Four Points, or Cedar Park as primary service areas.

   Use our quote as the control. Then judge their proposal against chemicals, tax, and card fees. I will not copy their refund paragraph. I also will not pretend you have to stay with a franchise to get a text or a photo.

   I do not want you hiring someone else because you think we skip the picture or the text. Here is the actual week. When Logan, or whoever is on your route, opens directions, you get a note that we are on the way. If the phone has a location, that note includes how long until we get there. You get another one when we check in at the house. When we are done, the email has a photo of the pool, the chemistry, and a note from the person who was there. The rest of the photos and short videos stay in your portal, so you or your house manager can look back later. If the house manager is the contact on the account, that email goes to them. Turn texts on in the portal if you want them on your phone. The email is already on unless you shut it off.

   You want another local number you can see tonight, in the same neighborhoods.

   Price

   $275, $300, or $325 by size, chemicals included, filter cleaning extra.

   Where they fit

   West Lake Hills, Rollingwood, and Barton Creek pages.

   If your objection to Pool Scouts is 'I cannot see a price,' Sullivan's answers that more directly than a custom quote does. We answer it with a quote tied to your address.
