An Aqua Clear Pool Care alternative
I'm Shane. I live in Barton Creek, and I run Austin Pool Bros with Logan. I wrote these pages, so they are biased. I will still tell you when I would hire the other company. The question that matters is what is inside the monthly price, and whether that truck is actually on your street every week.
Short version
- Aqua Clear ranks with neighborhood pages and does not publish the monthly rate on them.
- Austin Pool Bros is the alternative in Spanish Oaks and Bee Cave when you want that rate online.
- For Tarrytown, confirm our route before you treat us as the closer company. Their page is about that neighborhood. Our city list does not give Tarrytown its own line.
- Stay if they have had the pool since 2015 and the bill is already all-in.

A neighborhood page is a reason to call, not a reason to stay forever
If Aqua Clear's Spanish Oaks work has been steady since they say they started there, an alternative is optional. The fair reason to look is a bill you cannot compare, or a south Austin shop that is not actually making your weekday.
1. Austin Pool Bros
- Best for
- Spanish Oaks and Bee Cave, when you want the monthly number first.
- Price
- Online intro price from your address and pool. Chemicals, taxes, and credit card fees are included. The ongoing rate is confirmed after we see the pool.
- Where they fit
- Weekly routes in Austin, West Lake Hills, Rollingwood, Barton Creek, Spanish Oaks, Bee Cave & Lakeway. We do not list Spicewood, Steiner Ranch, River Place, Four Points, or Cedar Park as primary service areas.
Get the quote even if you stay with them. If they will write the same all-in number and you like the tech, keep them. Switching to us does not mean giving up a photo or a heads-up that we are on the way.
I do not want you hiring someone else because you think we skip the picture or the text. Here is the actual week. When Logan, or whoever is on your route, opens directions, you get a note that we are on the way. If the phone has a location, that note includes how long until we get there. You get another one when we check in at the house. When we are done, the email has a photo of the pool, the chemistry, and a note from the person who was there. The rest of the photos and short videos stay in your portal, so you or your house manager can look back later. If the house manager is the contact on the account, that email goes to them. Turn texts on in the portal if you want them on your phone. The email is already on unless you shut it off.

Tarrytown: call them if we cannot confirm a route. Do not use a west-side company as a favor stop.
