No. After the visit we email a photo, the chemistry, and a note. The rest of the photos and short videos stay in the portal. If your house manager is the contact on the account, that is who gets the email. What you would give up is their exact wording on a 24-hour make-it-right guarantee, not the picture.

Stay if the 24-hour guarantee is why you hired them and the day is holding. Do not stay only for the photo. We email one too.
For Tarrytown, their West Austin page may still be the better fit. Confirm we have a route before you switch.

Switch the route, not the standard

Clean Pool Squad's neighborhood pages set a high bar: same tech, gate relocked, chemistry report. An alternative that only wins on a coupon is a downgrade. We are a fit when you want that weekly habit from a company already based on this side of town, with the full monthly number visible first.

Weekly routes in Austin, West Lake Hills, Rollingwood, Barton Creek, Spanish Oaks, Bee Cave & Lakeway. We do not list Spicewood, Steiner Ranch, River Place, Four Points, or Cedar Park as primary service areas.
Bring their flat rate. If it is truly all-in, our 20% comparison applies to a comparable all-inclusive bill. If their rate excludes something we include, I will quote the full job instead of pretending the small number is the bill. You will not lose the photo or the heads-up that we are on the way.
I do not want you hiring someone else because you think we skip the picture or the text. Here is the actual week. When Logan, or whoever is on your route, opens directions, you get a note that we are on the way. If the phone has a location, that note includes how long until we get there. You get another one when we check in at the house. When we are done, the email has a photo of the pool, the chemistry, and a note from the person who was there. The rest of the photos and short videos stay in your portal, so you or your house manager can look back later. If the house manager is the contact on the account, that email goes to them. Turn texts on in the portal if you want them on your phone. The email is already on unless you shut it off.
